　   什么是专利翻译

       1)专利翻译重复内容多。

　　尤其是专利的中翻英，Summary部分基本不用翻，基本是claims的原文，当然，要注意转换一下，may，can，preferably等等这些形式。重复内容能占到一半。

　　2)专利翻译有翻译方法。

　　专利有固定的书写格式，语法语式等，需要熟练掌握专利文件的固定格式的专用名称翻译。

　　专利翻译也有其难的部分

　　1)有技术内容。

　　专利毕竟是技术类文档，其本身的理解就需要译者有一定的技术背景。

　　2)表达必须准确无误。

　　翻译里面难的部分是，外语里面有的东西，中文没有的，或不太讲究的。

　　此外，要想做到准确无误，必须能够区分一些常用的表达事物之间关系的词语之区别，并加以熟练运用。

　　二、部分专利翻译要求

　　1. 文中不要使用过多的连词符。

　　2. 翻译中有词语漏翻，个别词语和句子翻译的不够准确，注意专利术语要使用正确。

　　3. 同一词语前后使用表达要保持一致。

　　4. 对于摄氏度的正确表达方法是DEG C
