RESPONSIBILITY 工作职责
A Recruitment and New Employee Boarding Arrangement 招聘和新员工入职管理
Post and update ads of recruitment in system or to headhunters timely;
在招聘系统中或向猎头及时发布并更新招聘广告;
Complete recruiting plan. This may involve a series of recruitment process: first selecting, telephone interview, face-to-face interview, propose offer and send out offer letter;
完成招聘计划。其中可能涉及的一系列流程为:简历筛选,电话面试,正式面试,起草并发放聘用书;
Complete new employee boarding process and finish new employment contract or agreement timely;
完成新员工入职流程并及时签订相关的劳动合同或劳务协议;
Contacting external recruiting vendor and renew relevant contract timely.
联系招聘供应商并及时更新相关合同。
B SAP/Recruitment System Data Maintenance SAP招聘系统数据的维护
Ensure to complete E-workflow of Personnel Requisition and relevant SAP plan maintenance;
确保完成人员需求的电子流程和相关SAP数据的维护;
Keeping staff master data up-to-date in the SAP system as well as creating, updating and managing staff files.
及时维护SAP系统里员工数据以及创建,更新和管理员工文档。
C HR Projects 人力资源项目工作
Be involved in HR projects tasks, such as Wechat recruiting, headhunter management, university cooperation etc.
参与人力资源项目,例如微信招聘、猎头管理和校园合作等。
D Other Tasks其他
Support on employee relations management in corporate;
协助支持公司员工关系管理相关事宜;
Take on other HR projects (such as team building, outing, annual dinner etc.) as assigned and provide support and assistance as needed;

Assist HR Manager to handle daily operations in HCCC; 协助人力资源经理处理HCCC日常工作;

REQUIRMENTS 其他要求
Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, MBA or other related discipline;
Strong execution capability;
Good sense of responsibility;
Demonstrated interpersonal and influential skills;
Strong passion and self-motivated;
Open to change and take considered risks;
Good at project management skills;
Solid analytical ability with data sensitivity;
Proficient English skills on both written and oral.
